DELTRY is an independent studio for games and apps from Germany – driven by one thought: change starts with a try.
DELTRY is an independent studio for games and apps from Germany. Three projects are currently in the works: Movkey, an app that lets you earn screen time through movement; Pips, a pixel-art dice roguelite; and Bragging Rights, a party game collection with 36 mini-games for online game nights with friends.
The name combines delta, the symbol for change, with try, the attempt. Every project stands on its own and has its own character – connected by the ambition to carry out a clear idea with care and to bring joy.
Movkey turns screen-time bans upside down: a console, TV or PC only switches on via a smart plug once the activity goal is reached – for families and anyone who wants to motivate themselves. Pips sends players into a tavern where people roll dice for anything and cheating is part of the game. Bragging Rights turns online game night into a live broadcast with a scoreboard, a camera show and a winners’ ceremony.

STATUS
COLLABORATION
For the further development of Movkey, Pips and Bragging Rights, DELTRY is open to funding programmes and conversations with funding bodies.
Movkey links movement to screen time – through smart plugs. Partnerships with smart plug makers, health insurers and prevention programmes, schools as well as family and sports initiatives are of particular interest.
For projects around games, apps and interactive web experiences, DELTRY is open to enquiries and conversations about working together.
